Mark Bean, President & Owner
Born in Lyndonville, VT, Mark Bean started his career in the Manufactured Housing business in 1972. Thirty Six years later, Mark is now the proud owner of 4 sales locations in VT; Bean’s Homes & New England Home Crafters in Lyndonville, Factory Direct Homes in Pittsford and Latham Homes in Bolton. Mark also owns three mobile home parks and The Meadows at Red Village in Lyndonville. A typical day for Mark begins at 5:30 am and ends at 9:30 p.m., 6-7 days a week doing such things as working with our set crews, to maintaining the day to day operations of 4 busy offices. You probably won't find a more involved and dedicated owner, for Manufactured and Modular Housing is all Mark Bean has ever known. On his downtime, Mark enjoys playing with his grandchildren, snowmobiling, and spending time with his dog, Ozzy. |

Kevin Heffernan, Housing Consultant
Kevin has lived in Chittenden County Vermont all of his live and has been in sales and customer service over the past 25 years. Kevin joined Bean's in 2010 and is located in our Bolton Vermont location at Latham's Homes, a division of Bean's Homes of Lyndonville. Kevin and his wife Jody, their two grown children Ashley and Tyler, all reside in Chittenden County. Kevin enjoys hunting, fishing, NASCAR, hockey, and riding his antique motorcycle.

Vivian Merrill, Housing Consultant
Vivian was born & raised in the Northeast Kingdom. She has been in the manufactured/modular housing business for over ten years. Vivian joined the Bean’s Homes family 3 years ago. Vivian currently resides in St. Albans and enjoys watching movies and spending her time with her family & friends.
